What Callwright costs, and what the monthly pays for.

One setup fee, then one of three monthly plans of the same managed service. The plans differ in call-minutes, nothing else.

Answer

Managed by us

A done-for-you answering line, set up and run by us. One service, three sizes.

$500setup, once

  • Starter$150 / month100 min
  • Growth$300 / month500 min
  • Pro$500 / month1,000 min

Every plan is the same service. Bigger plans include more call-minutes at a lower rate per extra minute; nothing else changes. Changing plans later costs no new setup.

  • A dedicated answering line your number forwards to when you don't pick up
  • Books, moves and cancels on your calendar, if you keep one
  • Job requests and callback requests emailed to you when the call ends
  • Emergency calls routed to the contacts you approve

What the monthly pays for

Not just the software. A person at Callwright runs your line, so you are not left configuring an AI yourself.

  • We write the greeting with you, and nothing goes live until you approve it
  • We set your business rules and emergency contacts, and test transfers on your real phone
  • You never edit a prompt: tell us what to change and we change it
  • A monthly report: what callers wanted, what it got wrong, what we fixed
  • Turn your call forwarding off and your phone works exactly as before

What the minutes mean, as arithmetic: Starter's 100 minutes is about 33 calls, Growth's 500 minutes is about 166 calls, Pro's 1,000 minutes is about 333 calls if each call took 3 minutes. That is an example to size a plan, not how long your calls will run.

Let’s discuss it

Minutes past a plan’s allowance are $1 on Starter, 75¢ on Growth, 50¢ on Pro, and we tell you a month before that starts. If you keep going over on Starter or Growth, the next plan up costs less. Platform price increases pass through at cost with 30 days’ notice. Founding Pilot: a few approved early businesses get a free trial once their line is live, 14 days or 100 answered-call minutes, whichever comes first; a founder confirms who qualifies.

What a month costs, worked out.

Three example months, calculated exactly the way we invoice. These are examples to size a plan, not predictions of your usage.

  • 80 minutes in a month: Starter $150, Growth $300, Pro $500.
  • 300 minutes in a month: Starter $350, Growth $300, Pro $500.
  • 800 minutes in a month: Starter $850, Growth $525, Pro $500.

Extra minutes are $1 on Starter, 75¢ on Growth, 50¢ on Pro, and we tell you a month before the first time it happens. Past the point where a bigger plan is cheaper, the monthly report says so.

Pricing questions.

Is anything held back on the cheaper plans?

No. Starter, Growth and Pro are the same service: the same greeting approval, the same calendar booking, the same emergency routing, the same monthly report and the same people running it. The only differences are how many call-minutes are included and the rate for minutes above that.

How are minutes counted?

We add up the actual length of the month’s calls on your line. No call is rounded up to a whole minute, and only the minutes above your plan’s allowance are charged, to the cent.

When does billing start?

On your go-live date: the day your line starts answering real calls, after you have approved the greeting and the tests have passed. Nothing is billed while we are still setting up. The first invoice carries the $500 setup and your first month together, and after that you are invoiced monthly on the same date.

Can I change plans?

Yes, from your next monthly invoice, up or down, by asking us in writing. It never brings another setup fee. If you keep going over on Starter or Growth, the monthly report tells you when the next plan up would cost you less.

What costs extra?

Only work beyond the service: another number or location, a second language, or a connection to other software. That is quoted in writing before it starts. Your own phone plan and any software you already pay for stay with you.

What is the Founding Pilot?

A few approved early businesses get a free trial once their line is live, 14 days or 100 answered-call minutes, whichever comes first, with a founder working closely with them, and can cancel during the trial for nothing. A founder confirms who qualifies and goes through the terms in person.

Not sure which plan fits?

Tell us roughly how many calls you miss. A founder will suggest the plan that costs you least, not the biggest one. How setup and forwarding work.
