Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Callwright website. They are not the terms of the service we sell. If you hire us, what we do for you is set out in a separate written agreement that you sign — see section 7.
1. What This Site Is
This site explains what Callwright does, gives you a way to get in touch, and has a sign-in area for our staff and for clients who are already working with us. Nothing on the site is an offer, a quote or a contract.
2. Enquiries
Sending the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, and neither does our reply. We will email you an acknowledgement, and a person will read what you wrote. Please do not send anything confidential or sensitive through the form; email is not a secure channel. What we do with an enquiry is set out in our Privacy Policy.
3. The Sample Call
The sample conversation on our homepage is scripted. We wrote both sides of it, for an invented business, to show how a call is handled. It is not a recording of a real call, it is not a live call, and no audio is played, captured or sent anywhere. Reading it or pressing play does not put you through to a phone system and does not dial anyone.
4. Accounts
To create an account you must be at least 18 and have authority to act for the business you represent. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has got into it, tell us at hello@callwright.ai straight away. We may suspend an account we believe has been compromised, or one being used to break these terms.
5. Acceptable Use
When using this site, do not:
- break the law, or use the site to help anyone else break it;
- try to get into an account, system or network you are not entitled to reach;
- upload or send malicious code;
- scrape or harvest the site automatically without our written permission;
- interfere with how the site runs for other people;
- pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent who you work for; or
- send unsolicited advertising or fraudulent content through the contact form.
6. What Is on This Site
We keep this site accurate and up to date, and we change it as the business changes. Even so, it is provided as it stands, without any warranty. Do not make a decision solely on the strength of something you read here: if a detail matters to you, ask us and we will put the answer in writing.
The site also depends on services we do not run — hosting, email delivery and sign-in. We are not responsible for outages or failures in those beyond our reasonable control.
7. If You Hire Us
Our services are governed by a separate written agreement, which we send you and which both sides sign before any work starts. That document, not this page, sets out what we do, what it costs, how long data is kept and how either side ends it. The client agreement summary describes what it covers. Where these terms and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement governs.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Arizona, in the United States. Any dispute about them belongs to the courts of that state.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
