Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We set four, and every one of them exists to make signing in work or to keep our forms safe. Read this alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. The Cookies We Set
The first three come from Auth.js, the sign-in system we use. The fourth is set by our own server on every page. This table is the complete list.
| Name | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| authjs.session-token | Keeps you signed in. Set only after you sign in. | 48 hours |
| authjs.csrf-token | Sign-in security: proves a sign-in request came from our own page. | Until you close your browser |
| authjs.callback-url | Sign-in security: remembers which page to return you to after you sign in. | Until you close your browser |
| __Host-callwright.csrf | Protects our forms against cross-site request forgery — another site submitting a form as you. | Until you close your browser |
Over a secure connection these cookies carry a prefix in their name — for example __Secure-authjs.session-token — which tells your browser to accept them only over HTTPS. The prefix is part of the name, not an extra cookie.
2. What We Do Not Set
No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts. We do not follow you across other websites, and we do not know which other sites you visit.
3. Why There Is No Cookie Banner
A banner exists to ask permission for optional cookies. We do not set any. All four cookies above are strictly necessary to sign you in, keep you signed in and keep our forms safe, so there is nothing to opt out of and nothing to ask you about. If we ever add an optional cookie, we will update this page and ask first.
4. Turning Cookies Off
Your browser can block or delete cookies, usually under a privacy or security menu — Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data; Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data; Safari: Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data; Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions. Blocking ours will stop you signing in, and will stop our forms from submitting.
5. Changes to This Policy
If we change which cookies we set, we will change this page and the date at the top.
